This forum would at first be the best way of communicating between all members of the panel. It is only accessible to arbitrators who need to use the user-code provided to gain entry.
The first and most important topics for discussion are the wording of the Arbitration Agreement and the Rules. As has been said, the published copies of these documents only represent a point of departure. We need your expertise to ensure that they are legally sound and able to survive the oversight of the high court. We need to finalise these documents as soon as possible so that we can launch CCT and distribute the arbitration agreement amongst businesses. From thereon we hope to be in business.
